Tamara Kpurs
Natural colours, a peaceful atmosphere, and clean living
A minimal, sophisticated space can be a sanctuary for mindful living. That’s exactly what we designed for Tamara Kpurs’ home.
Natural green tones and wood finishes give the space a soothing vibe, with pops of pastels to add a touch of playfulness. We also incorporated creative elements at regular intervals to liven up the home – be it with illuminated arches or eye-catching light fittings. Our design also ensured an abundance of natural light to brighten up the space in a beautiful yet sustainable way.
Caravan
A compact home for adventurous spirits
A caravan doesn’t usually afford much space for luxurious living, but we didn’t let that staunch our creativity. We made the most of the compact space by incorporating multipurpose design elements – be it the foldable table, the collapsible couch or the bunk bed.
We used natural lighting and warm neutrals to really bring the place together and added the little fireplace at the end to complement the vibe of cosy luxury.
Lexi
Urban sophistication meets natural warmth
The moody, urban aesthetic of the Lexi flat is supplemented with tons of natural light and touches of comfort in every corner. The high ceilings, skylights and wide windows open up the space while the dark neutrals create a bold look.
The home is given a certain depth with a strong focus on texture – from the smart wooden accents to the brick elements and even the natural finish on the floors and ceilings. The result? A comfy space where one can unwind and relax at the end of a long day.
Sujan
Clean, organised and mindful living
Who says minimalism and homeliness don’t go together? We beg to differ – and Sujan’s gorgeous home design proves it, and how!
Here, we took elements of what makes a great home and contextualised all of that with a clean, uncluttered aesthetic that promotes peaceful living. While chic neutrals and natural materials define the interiors, we ensured the space exuded a playful personality through swooping lines and curves – be it on the furniture, the mirrors or even the carefully curated artwork. The stunning results are here for all to admire.
Muralidharan
Bringing the outside, in
Open skies and natural greenery find their way into the gorgeous Muralidharan mansion. The greys, navys and browns form the perfect neutral backdrop, leaving nature to take centre stage in this stunning home.
The wall-to-wall windows, the open ceiling elements and slatted doors and partitions are all strategically designed to let in the sunlight and breeze, creating a feeling of being outdoors, even in the comfort of the living room. Natural leather and wood textures and lush greenery only take this aesthetic forward. A true haven in the heart of the city!
Suraj’s residence
Playfulness meets functionality
Bright pops of pink, blue and yellow attract attention, attesting to the playful spirit of the Suraj residence. The whimsical touch is taken forward with fun design elements – like a swing seat next to the sofa and a bunk bed with interesting cutouts serving as a ladder.
These bold design choices are beautifully offset with a chic neutral base of white and wooden elements. Small nooks all across the home leave enough space for mementos that add a unique personality, while strategically placed greenery gives it that homely look.
Sudhakar’s residence
A stylised take on the modern gothic
Moody, gothic yet incredibly urbane – that defines the unique beauty of the Sudhakar residence. The interiors offer a sophisticated play of light and darkness. The grey walls, the dark marble floors and the charcoal accents give an impression of understated elegance, making the unique overhead light features stand out even more. The ceiling concept draws the eye upwards, effectively adding height to the space.
The stone texture on the walls and the artwork add further interest to the interiors, while an unexpected pop of yellow in the kitchen adds a dash of fun.
The Row villas
Line of luxurious living
Conceptualised, constructed and designed by our team, The Row Villas in are the very definition of modern luxury. Geometric exteriors finished with neutral hues and dark wood accents make even the casual visitor stop and take notice.
Each villa holds its own with wide windows to flood the space in sunlight and huge balconies where residents can relax, unwind and enjoy the views.
Dixit Sanchar
Warm, open spaces get a vintage touch
Familiarity and cosiness meet a stylised vintage charm in Dixit Sanchar’s Charvi. The wide open spaces and the smart neutrals give it a modern feel. Yet, everywhere you look, you will see old-world romanticism making an appearance – from the wooden four-poster bed to the soothing wallpaper; from the bamboo seater to the bronze accents.
The balanced approach to the design gives it that homely feel, without any one space overwhelming the rest. The final result is a beautiful home that oozes personality and taste while standing out from the norm.
The Breek
An ode to nature and its beauty
The Breek is all about the charm of nature, blurring the boundaries between the indoors and the outdoors. Natural brick textures and rustic wooden furniture lend the space a peaceful yet lively atmosphere.
The calm vibe gets a touch of lushness with greenery making its way to practically every part of the house. We’ve maintained the theme across the space with tiny courtyards and patches of green at different corners of the residence – all speckled in sunlight creating playful effects through the bricks. A true haven to come home to indeed!
Mr Samad’s Studio Flat
Clean, minimal and efficient
Compact homes can be jaw-droppingly beautiful, as seen in the Samad studio apartment. White and dove grey hues add a pleasant effect of softness to the flat, as do the gentle strips of light, the ethereal chandeliers and the bed cosily tucked in one corner.
The residence looks almost futuristic with its minimalist design and furniture, but tiny storage spaces are added all around the room, making the flat extremely functional and convenient for modern living.
Ujwal residence
Sophistication, built from scratch
Designing the Ujwal residence was a very precise process, with our vision and attention to detail going into every aspect of the planning and construction of the home. From the airy openness of the living room to the little courtyard at the centre, it was a pleasure to bring it all to life.
Once built, we added creativity and personality to each room. The theme of expansiveness was taken forward with the open kitchen and dining space, flooded with natural light. We added a little splash of colour and brightness throughout the space, with deep jewel tones complementing all the greenery.
